Matta Ruiz has spent over twenty years building luxury homes, custom pools, and high-end finishes across the Nicoya Peninsula — but had never owned the brand presence to match. We gave them one: a calm, confident, bilingual site that looks as considered as the work it showcases. Clients explore services through a smooth flyout layer and browse finished projects — Casa Buenos Aires, Casa Delicias, Hotel Mint — in full-screen galleries that let the craftsmanship carry the sale. A clear four-step process sets expectations, and a contact form drops straight into WhatsApp, where their mostly-mobile clientele actually talks. Spanish-first, fast on a phone in the field, and built to grow as their portfolio does.

Most authors end up with a generic embedded store that breaks the spell of their brand. We didn't want that for Awaken, so we built a complete custom storefront that carries the exact look and feel of the main site straight through to checkout. The hard part was the merchandise itself: print-on-demand products with dozens of size-and-color combinations, images that switch as you choose, prices that adjust per size, and a cart that updates without reloading. We made all of it feel effortless, in fully bilingual English and Spanish. The result is a shop readers never feel they've 'left the site' to reach.

Author Dorian Des Lauriers needed a launch platform that matched the spirit of his awakening memoir and worked for every reader — including those using a screen reader or a slow connection. We delivered both: a site that scores near-perfect on Google's quality checks and is fully keyboard- and screen-reader-accessible. Readers sign up through a custom system, and the author follows interest in real time from his own dashboard — live stats, one-click export, secure login — no spreadsheets, no developer required. The whole experience is bilingual, with animated light-ray visuals that hold up in both light and dark. A launch page that feels like the book it's introducing.

Handyman websites all look the same — and all blend together. LvlUp wanted to be the one people remember, so we leaned all the way into a retro-arcade identity: sharp angles, pixel type, 3D touches, and not a single rounded corner anywhere. Underneath the personality, it's a serious lead-generation site: clear calls to action, fast on every device, fully accessible, and dark-mode ready. The look gets attention; the structure turns that attention into booked jobs in the Sacramento market. Distinctive on purpose — because being forgettable is the real risk.

The Chorotega is an eco-hotel and art retreat built around Blue Zone living and spiritual hospitality. The site had to feel like that — and still do the practical work of booking guests. We gave it room showcases, a contact form that reliably reaches the owners (spam-protected, with email that actually lands), and a deep teal-and-sage palette pulled from the jungle and ocean around it. Video sells a place like this, so we made sure every guest — on hotel wifi or rural mobile — gets a fast, beautiful first impression instead of a spinning loader. Proof that 'eco' and 'fast' aren't a trade-off.

For a construction and project-management firm, the work is the pitch — so the site had to make their built projects look as good on a screen as they do in person, without ever feeling slow. We built seventeen individual project galleries with full-screen viewing, a featured-work grid on the homepage, and a contact path protected against spam with dependable email. The catch with a photo-heavy site is weight; we solved it so hundreds of high-resolution images load crisply and near-instantly, each with a smooth blur-up as it arrives. It became our reference point for doing image-heavy sites right.

All Star came to us for a website. It grew into the system that runs their business. Their team now works from one dashboard to manage listings, tenants, and properties — while AI voice and text agents field the questions that used to eat the day, and a publishing engine keeps them visible across Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, and Google Business without anyone writing a post. Behind it, live listings sync from ShowMojo, records flow in from AppFolio, text messaging stays compliant, and Google performance surfaces in plain language — so the owner makes decisions on what's really happening, not guesswork, and can see progress without touching a technical tool. It's the most ambitious thing we've built: a dozen connected systems and seventeen outside services working as one — so a small team can compete like a large one.

Families arriving here are often anxious and unsure where to begin. The site's whole job is to lower that anxiety — to feel like a calm guide, not a brochure. We built it around a single idea: a 'teal thread' of color that runs through the site the way the practice runs alongside a family through the journey. Clear, detailed service pages answer the questions people are afraid to ask, in a warm navy, teal, and soft-white palette that feels human and trustworthy. One of our most polished builds — fast, accessible, and meticulously documented — but what matters is how it leaves a nervous first-time visitor feeling: in good hands.

The site you're looking at right now. We built it to show our work and to convert visitors into clients — and we held it to the same standard we'd hold yours. It's fully bilingual, scores near-perfect on Google's quality checks, and runs on our own design system so every page is consistent and quick to extend. The portfolio and blog you're browsing are driven by a real content backend, and the live activity reflects what's actually happening inside the studio. It's both our storefront and our showroom — the clearest example of how we work.

Independent hotels are stuck between clunky legacy software and per-room commissions that eat their margin. Vector Bookings is our answer: one platform to handle room bookings, payments, and the day-to-day operations of running a property. It's built so each hotel runs in its own isolated space — their data, their rules — while sharing a foundation we can improve for everyone at once. Currently in active development as part of our product suite, with real properties in mind.

Orion is the system that runs our studio. It manages clients and projects, handles invoicing, keeps our email in sync, and powers the content behind our blog — all in one place, built exactly the way we work. It also feeds the live activity you see on this very site. We built Orion because the best proof that we can run your operations on software is that we run ours on software we built ourselves. In continuous development — it grows as the studio does.
